Return Process

  Review Policy

  Ensure your item is in its original packaging; coffee must be returned within 14 days of the roast date, while brewing equipment and apparel have a 30-day window.

  Contact Support

  Email our customer experience team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization and prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package your items and attach the provided shipping label before dropping the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
