How often is your coffee roasted?
To ensure peak freshness, we roast our coffee daily Monday through Friday. Every bag is marked with a roast date so you can enjoy your beans at their flavor peak.
When will my order ship?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Do you offer coffee subscriptions?
Yes, we offer flexible subscriptions that allow you to receive your favorite roasts on a recurring schedule. You can customize the frequency and swap coffees at any time through your account portal.
What is your return policy?
Since coffee is a perishable product, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
Can I get my coffee pre-ground?
While we recommend grinding whole beans just before brewing for the best flavor, we are happy to grind your coffee for you. Simply select your preferred grind setting on the product page before adding it to your cart.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
